Returns Policy

Returns Policy applies to UK orders only

Faulty Goods:
We will either refund in full, or replace the faulty item free of charge. Returned faulty items will have all monies (including shipping costs) refunded at the earliest time after the faulty item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
Goods can be collected by request (no return postage will be charged)

Unwanted goods:
Must be returned within 7 working days of purchase, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense. All other monies (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
Any credit will be made direct to the payment method originally used either less our full or a contribution towards our original postage costs, and / or in some instances a re-stocking fee that will compensate us for costs involved in processing the original order. If charged this will be 10% of the items retail price
