Making A Purchase
Click on any items that you wish to buy, check required quantity, invoice / shipping destinations and click "confirm" to add to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order, including item, style, colour preferences and alternate shipping services.

Delivery Schedule

UK Parcels that cannot be left at the delivery address will be held at your nearest FedExUK depot for re-delivery or at a Royal Mail Main Sorting Office for customer collection for a period of time before being returned to us. A card should be left at the delivery address stating which depot the parcel is held at
Orders sent FedExUK can be tracked (see shipping and handling)
Please contact either FedExUK , Royal Mail or ourselves if you do not recieve your order (UK) within 3 working days
For worldwide please contact if not received after 1 working week

Should any part of your order or delivery be returned to us because you could not accept it, or failed to collect during the timescale permitted by the appropriate delivery company, then you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.

Back Orders
We do not take reservations or back orders on any items not readily available
We will respond by e-mail to any requests for notification of items back in stock
Shortfalls and lack of stock for orders will always be notified ASAP

Tax Charges
For orders invoiced to the UK and European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
For orders outside the European Union and areas inside the EU that are VAT exempt, VAT is not charged
VAT is not charged from orders invoiced to the Channel Islands and will be deducted from sale price
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any taxes or import duties imposed by that country are the responsibility of the purchaser
These taxes or duties are usaually invoiced and collected by the shipping company

When asked to provide your details you will be moved into a secure area and the padlock symbol will appear at the bottom of your browser. We use 128 bit SSL encryption which means your information is extremely secure. Payment details are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice. All goods on the website and any associated advertisement are invitations to treat only and are not offers.

Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and we have dispatched the goods. GUARANTEE - All our products are guaranteed for 28 days against faulty workmanship. If you have a faulty product please contact us and we will make arrangements to either replace,repair, or refund the item. Please note this guarantee does not cover fair 'wear and tear'. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy
Returns Policy applies to UK orders only

Faulty Goods:
We will either refund in full, or replace the faulty item free of charge. Returned faulty items will have all monies (including shipping costs) refunded at the earliest time after the faulty item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
Goods can be collected by request (no return postage will be charged)

Unwanted goods:
Must be returned within 7 working days of purchase, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense. All other monies (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
Any credit will be made direct to the payment method originally used either less our full or a contribution towards our original postage costs, and / or in some instances a ‘re-stocking’ fee that will compensate us for costs involved in processing the original order. If charged this will be 10% of the items retail price
