We do not accept volume quantity orders without prior agreement by telephone.
Colour or style choices not allowed at the point of purchase can be specified at checkout. We will endeavour to supply as close as possible to order requirments.

To check the shipping cost of any item (UK, Europe or Worldwide) please add items to cart then go to the Checkout where all available postal options and prices will be shown (the system selects the most cost effective by default) You can cancel at any time before payment section
Should any part of your order or delivery be returned to us because you could not accept it, or failed to collect during the timescale permitted by the appropriate delivery company, then you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
Back Orders
We do not take reservations or back orders on any items not readily available
Shortfalls and lack of stock for orders will always be notified ASAP
Tax Charges
For orders invoiced to the UK and European Union, 20.00% VAT is included.
For orders outside the European Union and areas inside the EU that are VAT exempt, VAT is not charged
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any taxes or import duties imposed by that country are the responsibility of the purchaser
These taxes or duties are usaually invoiced and collected by the shipping company

If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact us immediately, and inform us that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. We will be able to track your order and arrange a refund. If necessary, we will answer any other queries you have about your order.

GUARANTEE - All our products are guaranteed for 28 days against faulty workmanship. If you have a faulty product please contact us and we will make
arrangements to either replace,repair, or refund the item. Please note this guarantee does not cover fair 'wear and tear'. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that most items supplied will have customer service contact information included, this is usually the quickest method by which faults / repairs can be completed.

Returns Policy
Returns Policy applies to UK orders only
Faulty Goods:
We will either refund in full, or replace the faulty item free of charge. Returned faulty items will have all monies (including shipping costs)
refunded at the earliest time after the faulty item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot
be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
Goods can be collected by request (no return postage will be charged)
Unwanted goods:
Must be returned within 7 working days of purchase, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense.
All other monies (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you
send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
Any credit will be made direct to the payment method originally used either less our full or a contribution towards our original postage costs,
and / or in some instances a re-stocking fee that will compensate us for costs involved in processing the original order. If charged this will
be 10% of the items retail price
